The following is the rendering of a packaging redesign for a box of Trader Joe's macarons. Trader Joe's advertises these macarons to be high-quality, made by a French bakery, but the packaging did not reflect that at all, so I decided to redesign it to appear much more high-class and resemble a traditional French patisserie. I also redesigned the cardboard packaging to not need the use of an additional plastic tray to store the macarons. The cardboard packaging is made of biodegradable paper and ink, so the redesigned package is much more environmentally sustainable.
