This poster was designed for a 1962 short film by Chris Marker, called "La Jetée". The film is composed with almost entirely still, black and white images, and tells a story about post-nuclear war experiment and time travel. The human figures hanging on the clock hands and the hand controlling the hand is a suitable illustration for the plot of the movie. With multiple layers demonstrating the concept of depth and clear visual hierarchy, this poster design is one of my best work so far!
